Cancellation Policy - Private Lessons.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. To be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hoursadvance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-Shows.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". They will be charged for their "missed" appointment.
Late Arrivals.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the lesson actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your instructor and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Rain.
If the weather prohibits the safe practice of tennis we will cancel the lesson. We can re-schedule to a more convenient time. Pre-paid lessons will not be charged. In the event that rain prohibits the safe practice of tennis, after-school tennis will be held inside using a classroom provided by the school. Contact school administration to find out which classroom is being used for tennis that day.
After-School Program, "Little Tennis Olympic,” Monthly Adult Clinic.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given for unused classes. Customer may apply unused portion of program as credit towards the purchase of other YCT products or services. 24 hours advance notice is required to apply unused class as credit. For the After-School Program, there will be "1 Indoor Tennis-Related Class/Session" using a classroom or auditorium provided by the school (Contact school administration to find out which classroom is being used for tennis that day). Any more than 1 "rain outs" will result in extra instruction time being added to the end of remaining classes in current session, or an extra day of instruction added to the end of session. For schools that do not allow "indoor class" all make-up class will be added on as additional instruction time or an additional instruction day.
Products
All products may be returned for a full-refund within 10 days with proof of purchase. After 10 days, product may be exchanged for credit on any YCT product or service up to 90 days after original purchase date with proof of purchase. All products ordered online or over the phone will be shipped the following business day. We ship to all of the 48 contiguous United States. No international shipping. Standard ground shipping only. No in-store pickup. Free shipping on all orders over $100. Free delivery of orders to customers location by instructor - must select correct option in checkout. Customer is responsible for paying return shipping when returning products.
